Established in 1998, The Dark Entry carries a wide variety of products including jewelry, clothing, adult toys, leather goods, videos and CD's. Located on Bourbon Street in the heart of the French Quarter and now also at our new location in Berkeley, CA. The Dark Entry will only ship to U.S. addresses.

All sales are final!!

All products are personally inspected for defects prior to shipment.

We realize sizes vary; clothing and jewelry can be exchanged for a different size of the same item.

The item must be in like new condition and have all tags and accessories still attached.

(we're onto that "buy something, wear/use it for a night and return it for a refund" scam and we think it's tacky.)

All shipping charges are the responsability of the customer.

Contact The Dark Entry for a return authorization number prior to returning any items.

All returned items must have a valid return authorization number written on the outside of the shipping box.

All unauthorized returns will be refused.

All returns not displaying a valid return authorization number will be refused.

The Dark Entry assumes no responsability for returns lost in transit ans so suggests shipping insuring all returned items and using UPS only.

If you should happen to visit one of our stores in person, you'd better behave.
